1.Is there free parking?
Ans #1 : Yes,it is free. We have ample parking at the front and back of the building

2. What is professional and ethnic background of attendants?
Ans #2 : We have Carribean, European,Canadian and Asian attendants who are trained in different types of massage ( shiatzy,aromatherapy etc.) offering their own unique technic and personal service.

3. What is the health benefit of massage offered at Michener Spa?
Ans #3 : Relaxing massage,skin-to -skin stroking floods us with oxytocin ( a powerfull hormone that helps our bodies combat stress and fight against cancer) and feel-good endorphins that do wondrous things for our emotional and physical well-being.

4. Do you offer double massage?
Ans #4 : Yes, we do. Our double massage is performed by two attendants and the cost is $60 for 30 minutes (does not include gratuity).

5. Is Michener Spa licensed?
Ans #5 : Michener Spa is a licensed SPA by the City of Guelph since 2005 .

6. I have physical disability (or other health concern).Will I be accepted for massage?
Ans #6 : We accept guests with physical disabilities or other health condition exept heart condition. Please, let us know if you have burns,blisters or wounds on your skin or if you have/had cancer. Loving, soothing contact is extremely important for people with cancer and we will use a very light,delicate and caring touch.

7. I am concerned about the cleanliness and healthy environment of SPA.
Ans #7 : We clean our tables, shower,every contact surface in accordance with Provincial Infectious Diseases Advisory Committee.Towels and all linens are replaced after each guest.No one attendant is allowed to work while ill or having cuts or scratches on their hands.If you desire,we wear thing surgical gloves while massaging.
